Kids Special - 6 Persons

This detached, child-friendly holiday home of approximately 125 m2 features a specially furnished children’s bedroom and a fenced backyard that borders a large, enclosed playground.

The house has a bright, spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, including a television with Chromecast and a wonderful play area for the children. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner induction plate, a filter coffee maker & a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a combi oven with a microwave.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a furnished children’s room with two special single beds for children. Both bedrooms have two single box springs each, of which one has an en-suite bathroom with a sink and shower. The first floor also includes another bathroom with a bath and a sink.

There is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. The indoor storage room has a washer-dryer combination. A safety gate is installed on both the top and the bottom of the stairs.

Outside, you will find a covered terrace area with garden furniture. There is space for two cars in the parking lot next to the house and there is free WiFi all around the house. You can opt for additional amenities when booking this villa. For example, you could consider a 2nd terrace with sun beds.

Every house is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is, however, based on availability.

All the beds in the accommodation are already made. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
